We had a couple of leaks but they were not occuring at same time. Guan came over to investigate a few times to properly investigate. After the repair work was concluded he monitored the situation on an ongoing basis.

He also reacts promptly to any questions as well.

Mr Guan will always respond to messages promptly. Despite his busy schedules, he came to inspect our house and given his valuable advice today (early morning).
We really appreciate for his time spent and sincere opinions on this roof issues as our home is more than 50 years old.
